What do you think of the lay-out etc? I am working to improve it. Is it convincing? If you were looking to make money would you find the information provided useful?

The website looks extremely busy, so busy, that I feel that it’s an effort to find out what the site is about. You could put way less information on it, and be able to communicate more, and reach more people.
The site is very linear. You could organize the whole site in a bit more hierarchical fashion. Also, if you have more than one target audience (members vs possible future members) segregate the web pages so a nonmember will not reach member related information.
The site doesn’t look too good in Firefox browsers. The right add covers part of the web-page. Test the page in all popular browsers.
The colors used with the text is not very pleasant. It looks like some really bad pop-up add. Change the colors (yellow text background, blue text, red text) unless you have data that your target audience is attracted to these patterns.
